Address Book
The following screens show how you add a person or an organization to your address book (both a person and an organization are contacts) and how you link these contacts in order to see relationships like employer and employee, client and supplier, partners etc. back to top
Add a New Person
Add a new person and enter name, organizational assignments, communication and addresses. back to top

Add a New Organization
Add a new organization and enter name, organizational assignments, communication and addresses. back to top

Link Contacts
Link contacts to see relationships between organizations and organizations, organizations and people and between people and people. Click on "Add a New Contact Link"...

...and select the contact (here a person) you want to link. back to top

After saving the link is displayed in the list of both contacts. back to top

Projects
Create projects to track sales, manage general projects and support customers.
Create New Project
Enter a name and a description and select a project group. back to top

Invite Team Members
Invite team members to collaborate on your projectt. Click on "Invite New Team Member" and enter the name of a new contact or select the name of an existing contact. back to top

After saving Actionize will send an invitation email to the invitee. After confirming the invitation he becomes a team member that can collaborate on this project. back to top

Milestones
Use milestones to structure the tasks of a project.
New Milestone
Open a project and click on the button "New Milestone" and enter a name and a deadline.

Assign Milestone
Add a new task and assign the milestone. back to top

Show / Hide Milestones
Set the flag "Show Milestones" to show or hide the milestones of a project. back to top

Tasks
Use tasks to track what needs getting done in sales, on projects and in support. back to top
Add New Task
After clicking on the button "New Task" you must do the following
- assign the task to the new owner
- write a subject and a message (which is the first action of the new task)
- add and assign tags and milestones
- select a task type and a state
- set a due date back to top

Task View
On the task you can
- edit the task details (see screen above)
- take a next action
- check the last actions (including an extended history of the task)
- attach files to the task
- set notifications to receive an email when something important happens back to top

Actions
It usually takes a couple of actions to complete and close a task. back to top
Next Action
You can take a next action for a task either in the project...

...or in the task view. back to top

Last Actions
Open the section "Last Action" on the task view to see which actions were taken on a task. When clicking on the button "Show Extended History" you see changes of title, tags, milestones, files etc. in addition to the actions of the task. back to top
