Actionize Contacts & Clients is similar to applications such as Outlook, Act!, LinkedIn and Salesforce.com. However, as an integrated part of the overall Actionize system, Actionize Contacts & Clients is better because:
1. You can store all relevant information about your contacts and clients including important documents and notes. All this information is then securely available online so you can access it anytime from any browser. Great when you need to travel or be onsite with clients.
2. The contact information is available then for all other parts of Actionize so you don't need to import, copy or otherwise repeat the entry into the project management or other modules. From anywhere in the system, you can see who is doing or receiving what projects, tasks and other important follow up. And yes, you can import contacts from other applications such as Outlook or Act! Simply be creating a .csv file and uploading it into Actionize.
3. You can share your contacts with other Actionize users. This makes it easy for other people to collaborate with you on projects involving client or lead follow up.
4. You can identify relations for contacts that associate them with other contacts, companies, projects or leads. This helps you easily create target lists and build relevant relationships.
5. You can use tags to identify unique attributes of a contact or group of contacts. For example, you might use it to note hot, warm or cold leads. Perhaps use tags to track the source of a contact name such as a tradeshow or mailing. You decide what tags to use that then you can be used to search for desired contacts.
