Securely share and organize important client documents.
Quickly upload and store important documents into Actionize. This helps share them with necessary project team members as well as archives them for future reference. Because we worry about backing up systems and keeping them highly secure, you can focus on other things more important to your business!

When you load a document into Actionize, you are noted as its owner and only you can delete it. You can give others the right to read or read/write to documents within a project. When others download a copy of a document, they can edit on their own systems and reload to the Actionize system. The system will automatically save the document with a new version number so you will never lose the original document or any revised versions thereafter.

Documents can be stored within projects, within tasks, with contacts or in the system document library. View the document library to see what documents are posted, who owns each and who has the ability to read or read/write to each.
