Actionize Projects may involve one or more people. You may be a team leader or a participant in different projects. Set up a new project in seconds and invite team members. Once accepted, team members can set up tasks for themselves or other team members, upload project documents and make notes that will be archived as part the project. A great way to collaborate and stay organized, Actionize Projects keeps all the information and team members in sync.

You can even view all your projects from one list whether you are a project leader or a participant in someone else's projects. With one login, one menu, see all that you have to do and that others owe you!
1. Project Peers — Invite others to participate in projects that you set up, or be invited to participate in other people's projects. Invitations are sent via email and upon acceptance, project peers automatically become Actionize users with their own account.
2. Tasks — Assign a task to yourself or another person. Actionize will automatically send out an email to alert them of this assignment and keep track of when it is needed and if it is done. Tasks can have specific dates needed for completion or general "do now" or "do later" indications.
3. Milestones — Within projects, you can have milestones identified to ensure projects are kept on track.
4. Documents — Any file type can be uploaded and kept within a project. The document can be stored with a task, milestone or the project at large. Project participants can then download the document and if desired, upload edited versions or other documents relevant to the project. See Documents section for more info.
